Murray J. Demo has served as a director of the Company since February 2005. Since September 2007, Mr. Demo has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of LiveOps, a work-from-home call center.  From May to September 2007, Mr. Demo served as executive vice president & chief financial officer of Postini, Inc., an on-demand communication security company that was acquired by Google Inc. in September 2007.  From 1996-2006, Mr. Demo held various positions at Adobe Systems Incorporated including executive vice president & chief financial officer, senior vice president & chief financial officer, vice president & corporate controller, corporate controller and director of Operations Finance.

Mr. Demo is a member of the Audit, Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr. Demo is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (”Nasdaq”) and qualifies as a “financial expert” under the SEC’s new rules.
